Our CrossFit is NOT One-Size-Fits All.
Every person has a unique starting point for their fitness level. Our whole goal at NEI is to be able to take anybody’s fitness level no matter how low or how high and have them succeed. We have developed a system that can improve a broad range of beginners to advanced athletes. Therefore, we have created and introductory program designed to get you started.
Elements is a 3 class series that covers the basics of CrossFit. You will practice perfect form of the movements that make up our workouts, learn how to scale movements appropriately to your own level, and start ramping up your fitness with a CrossFit workout at the end of each class.
We require all of our members to complete the Elements Workshop (except those who can demonstrate that they have completed a similar program and/or have significant CrossFit experience at another CrossFit affiliate), so that they can safely, effectively, and confidently head into our Level 1 classes.
Elements Workshops are limited to no more than 8 athletes, to ensure that our coaches can provide the highest level of individual instruction throughout.
