Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
In teams of 2 one teammate will row 500 meters while the other performs maximum reps of designated movement. Partner 1-row 500 meters
Partner 2- max reps of movement in the time it takes partner 1 to complete row. Teammates will switch every 500 meters and write down the teams TOTAL reps completed.
1st round- max box jumps
2nd round-max front squats 65/95
3rd round-max toes to bar
4th round-max shoulder to overhead 65/95
5th round-max burpees
Score is the TOTAL reps for all 5 rounds. Tie breaker is the total time to complete 5000 meter row as a team.
